The British Financial Commission Authority (FCA) is warning the citizens residing in United Kingdom to watch out for company claiming to be AMC Capital Invest. This is a clone company that is misrepresenting itself to potential clients and should be avoided at all cost.

One of the reasons this imposter has chosen AMC Capital to clone is because this company has the official authorization to operate within the UK and is able to legally solicit clients. The real company is based out of France and offers asset management, life insurance, loans and real estate.

The imposter has taken over all of the available details from the original company, including its address which currently says to be: 22 Passage Du Genie, Paris, 75012, France. This is a very common move from fraudulent companies which are trying to gain trust of clients they plan on scamming.

The FCA warns clients not to sign up, fund accounts or get involved with company in any way as it is definitely using illegal means to solicit clients so it is expected that the business done with the clients are scams.

In addition to everything already stated, the FCA highlights that this clone company is not legally allowed to solicit, offer or provide financial services to retail clients who live in the United Kingdom.

Earlier this week there has been another instance of unauthorized operations which were run by Zurich Capital. This was done also in UK and the FCA warned against dealing with this company also. Zurich Capital seems to provide management solutions for investment but they are not regulated in United Kingdom which means that soliciting clients and offering services there is illegal.
